Franck is surrounded discovering the house music in 1986, five years later he spent his first payment in the purchase of a synth. At that time he started to buy hardware equipment. His music is based in purely analogical gear giving him a special warm feature in sound and concept. Franck´s live approach different schemes in production, composition and performing plus the support of visual media interaction passing through several stages of sound experimentation to dynamic and advanced works in synthesis and FX process dimension. ( ;D --> The stars rarely align between Gregor Tresher and Petar Dundov's hectic schedules. But when they do, techno planets collide with explosive results. This earth-shattering production partnership began in 2011 with the still-stunning "Duo Tone" EP on Music Man. A trio of releases have followed during the last three years, including the almighty "Superconductor" on Cocoon 100 last summer. Fresh for 2014, the German/Croatian pact goes next-level with this firing slab of rich, majestic techno on Gregor's own imprint Break New Soil. Living up to its name, "Taurus" ignites with bullish precision. Pummelling with a classic palpitating bass and kick roll, percussive elements are gradually introduced before the shimmering riff enters the fray. Tingling with every twist and tweak, this will raise hairs on the back of every neck with a ten mile radius.)

The digital devices’ concept exceeds the traditional boundaries to create single instruments that can morph into a wider variety of percussive sounds. Departing from the ordinary concept of isolated instruments with fixed functions (such as kick, snare, and hi-hat) the three sound objects take the form of hybrid drums that fully take advantage of their digital capabilities, seamlessly blending the various roles. Splinter, Komet and Flubber have unique engines, merging FM synthesis, sampling, subtractive synthesis and audio effects. Their timbers, textures and fundamental frequencies change all across the 127 midi notes while maintaining a cohesive sound. Following the development of these three m4l devices, the album is a showcase of their capabilities and unique sonic palette. Developed by Luca Favaro (T.U./Capiuz) GUI by Alex Ortiga and Luca Favaro.)

( ;D --> Producing sophisticated psychedelic Chill Out music is a discipline within the electronic music scene that is similar to playing Jazz in a certain respect: It needs maturity and extensive musical experience to go beyond the scope of standards, to become really good and extraordinary. This might have to do with the fact that this kind of music is not aiming a busy dance floor, rising its hands and shouting out loud during the breaks. Instead of that, it is made for the individual mind and therefore includes a less functional but pretty intellectual, mature and also very artistic moment. Seen in front of this background, the history of Koan gives some interesting hints about the astonishing musical quality of this Russian duo.)
