The Black Dog
( ;D --> The Black Dog is a British electronic music group, and was founded by Ken Downie along with Ed Handley and Andy Turner. Regarded as legends by some, the group are pioneers who, along with acts like Autechre, Aphex Twin, µ-ziq and LFO, came to define the techno movement known as intelligent dance music (IDM) in the early 1990s. Ed and Andy left to pursue their Plaid project, Ken continued with several different line-ups of Black Dog before choosing to work with Martin Dust and Richard Dust from Dust Science Recordings after a long break from the music scene.)

The artist is quite difficult to classify as his influences are varied. From Classical music to the Detroit techno through the sounds of Vangelis, Mike Oldfield and Jean Michel Jarre, Damabiah explores harmonious combinations whose primary vocation is an invitation to travel.)
