Flavor of the Week #39

Troxum

( ;D --> Glitch experimental at its finest! TROXUM, with his newest release, ‘Lucky Sun’ never fails to bring something new with his music, but with this visual, his first music video, it’s so surreal to see a visual representation of his thoughts.  The pale colors, and vast landscapes in the video capture the mystical vibes of his distorted sound, we couldn’t ask for more.)

( ;D --> Stromkern is an American band that blends electronic music and hip-hop. The band was formed in 1994 by James "Ned" Kirby. Kirby was originally a DJ in Madison, Wisconsin as a teenager, experimenting under the moniker "Flowers for Ravers" before founding Stromkern. Disenchanted with the music he was receiving as a DJ, he decided to start his own band. His early compositions included the German-language "Konzentrationslager" and "Aussicht vom Rande der Nacht" as well as a cover of Nick Cave's "The Mercy Seat", all of which found favor on compilations.)

( ;D --> EBM has just been reanimated by this former Zoth Ommog recording artist. ORANGE SECTOR, hailing from Hannover, Germany, is back! This is pure, old-school EBM and power basslines in the vein of NITZER EBB and DAF. This is what true EBM is all about.)

( ;D --> Digital punk wild children hit you with a heavy infectious cocktail of electropunk, industrial synths, noisy breakcore and provocative crossover. Powerful, dirty, energetic and futuristic, the Malakwa beasts bring chaos to the modern electro rock scene with an upbeat tortured mixture of Atari Teenage Riot, All Leather, The Bloody Beetrots or The Prodigy.)
