In 2013, the album was followed up by a successful EP "Fall To Pieces" featuring remixes from Assemblage 23, [:SITD:] and Ginger Snap5 as well as a collaboration with Swedish singer Tess Fries (ex-Dual Density). The new EP presents the track "Butterfly", taken off the forthcoming album, due to be released later this year. Originally self-released on a demo album back in 2009, the title track was completely reworked to match the bands current sound. The EP also features a brand new track, "Until The End", which is exclusive to this release, and another collaboration with Tess. Eno I Hyde
enohyde.com
( ;D --> Warp announce a very special collaboration between Brian Eno and Karl Hyde of Underworld. The album is comprised of nine songs, composed and sung by Eno • Hyde together with a highly distinguished cast of supporting musicians, including Tessa Angus, Nell Catchpole, Marianna Champion, Will Champion, Kasia Daszykowska, Don E., Darla Eno, Fred Gibson, Georgie Gibson, Andy Mackay, John Reynolds and Chris Vatalaro.
The release was produced by Brian Eno with 20 year old Fred Gibson, continuing an ongoing collaboration between Karl and Brian which sees the two together on a complete album for the very first time.
Brian Eno:
“A lot of the nicer cities I know are cities built on hills, and the cities are beautiful because the buildings have a challenge to adapt to. They have to mould themselves around the geology that they've formed upon. And that always makes for very interesting buildings, because they can't just be blocks, they have to somehow morph around the environment. A lot of the constructions on the album were deliberately irregular and awkward.
I had a big collection of 'beginnings' sitting around waiting for something to galvanise them into life, to make them more than just 'experiments'. That something turned out to be Karl Hyde.”
Karl Hyde:
“It's a bit like being nine years old again. You have no idea what you've just been given, the record button has been pressed and you're on. And then these unlikely patterns start to happen. The biggest surprise was discovering we both had a love of Afrobeat, Cyclical music based in live playing. When Brian played me these early tracks it was, 'Oh my god, this is home! Can I borrow a guitar?”)

( ;D --> God Module is an American dark electronic band from Orlando, Florida. The band was founded in Florida in 1999 and later relocated to Washington in 2006. God Module combines elements of harsh Techno, Darkwave, Goth and Industrial. Pounding beats mix with hypnotic synth hooks, deranged film samples and psychotically-effected vocals to make up a sound that is as disturbing as it is danceable. After 4 full length CD's, 3 EP's and hundreds of live performances around the world, God Module is still evolving. God Mod founder Jasyn Bangert has brought his childhood dreams to life as musical nightmares. Aided by God Mod members Clint Carney and Courtney Bangert, God Module take all the common Electro - Gothic - Industrial cliches and systematically tear them apart.)

Thyx

( ;D --> The mind.in.a.box sideproject THYX released their debut single "Into the Realm". It seems that Stefan Poiss, the mastermind behind mind.in.a.box, was getting bored in his studio because now there is a second electronic music project out there penned by him. Big arrangement, sci-fi atmosphere and a very unique sound were the trademarks by mind.in.a.box and made them famous in the Gothic/Electro scene. The sideproject THYX, which was founded by Stefan Poiss in January this year, stays very electronic but gives the sound a more experimental touch without loosing the catchy tunes and atmosphere.)
Electronic sounds, bombastic arrangements, melodies and voices, mixed with emotions from another dimension. Atmospheres from cyberspace, a musical image from a far-away future from which THYX speaks to us and carries its sound cosmos directly into the brains of listeners.)

Eno I Hyde

( ;D --> Amethystium is a musical project founded by Øystein Ramfjord around 1998. Hard to pigeon-hole as belonging in one specific category, the music can be described as a blend of new age, darkwave, ethno-ambient and electronica. Sonicly it ranges from dreamy and relaxing, to relatively upbeat, all with an evoking, atmospheric, and sometimes dark and moody soundscape.)

S.) included two early demos from 1982 and 1984, with the latter forming the unknown beginning of the band according to an interview conducted with Claus Larsen. In 1991, Larsen created a side-project called Klute in which he also remained the sole member. It can be argued, and is by many, that the sound of Leæther Strip throughout the early 1990s helped define what is today known as electro-industrial. In a search performed on MySpace on December 1st, 2008, 294 bands had listed Leæther Strip (or "Leather Strip") as a musical influence, although the true number of bands influenced by Larsen's work is undoubtedly much higher. In 1994, Claus Larsen drastically changed the sound of Leæther Strip, with the release of a synthesized semi classical album. Conceived as a soundtrack to a fictional film, it was named Serenade for the Dead. The releases since then have reincorporated electronic dance elements, and have redefined Leæther Strip into what Larsen calls, "symphonic electro".)

As is the case for NE, the collaboration between Dirk Da Davo - he of THE NEON JUDGEMENT fame - and RADICAL G - relentless dark techno producer with two albums and a string of EP's under his belt. There is common ground, of course: both already co-produced tracks with the likes of The Hacker, David Carretta and Millimetric, and made applauded appearances on Dave Clarke's 'White Noise Radio' playlists. But perhaps even more significant: both share a dystopian view on present and future, where it's open season for governments and multinational corporations that seem to have received a license to kill the privacy and freedom of the individual, and a mutual sonic understanding that includes pounding beat bonanzas next to brooding krautrock, marshy soundscapes and twisted dub. Music For Robots
bleep.com/release/49560-squarepusher-x-z-machines-music-for-robots
( ;D --> The Z-Machines robots were the result of a project in Japan to create a music performing system that could play music far more complex than even the most advanced human musicians could ever physically be capable of. Squarepusher was one of a number of composers asked to develop music for the Z-Machines to perform and the result was the track 'Sad Robot Goes Funny', an intricate work that took full advantage of the possibilities of working with a guitarist with 78 fingers and a drummer with 22 arms. The EP 'Music For Robots' includes this piece as well as four additional pieces composed a little while after and is stirring and complex work quite as mesmerising as any of Tom Jenkinson's previous projects.)

Each Schwarzblut release is a group effort, including the arts of composing, poetry, fashion, photography, video and design. ( ;D --> Russian project, started in 1991 by Igor Stepovy and Kirill Junolainen. In 2004 Stepovy has left the duo, now run by only Kirill Junolainen. Kirill Junolainen is finnish/russian electronic musicmaker, graphic designer, film director. Son of a deep underground. Began the first musical experiments in 1989. The first record is dated 1991. Started creativity in industrial music. Was the adherent of DIY culture. In the 90's won glory of the sound experimenter and electromusical nonconformist. Preferred an analog sound of synthesizers and the sound environment of factories and plants. Very often, records and lives that time abounded with the terrible howl, cacophony, sound cannonade also a roar. In the late nineties passed to softer sound. Experiments ended almost. Since the beginning of the 00's he writes down and executes music softer and pleasant for the listeners. Gives preference to such styles as electro/techno/electrodisco/ambient. His modern creativity is filled with beautiful melodies and pleasant sounds. It equally is suitable for sound landscapes of the airport, shop, factory or metro station. projects: Lazer Kontinent, Kuiper Belt, Juno Lazermachine, Vettore Spaziale, East European Alliance, Harlamov, The Arctic Disco Machine, Zeitkapsule, Zeitmodelle, Ridley Slott, Laserama, The Klash, Uutiset, Optical Airlines, Grapefruit Philosophy, Stanley Cubic, Die Rote Jugend, X-Ray Krew. Flavor of the Week #6
Mondkopf
soundcloud.com/mondkopf
www.myspace.com/mondkopfonthemoon
( ;D --> Mondkopf is a French artist with a German name, which is fitting, given how often his productions play in a middle ground between those two countries' archetypal modes of electronic music. Looked at a certain way, Rising Doom, the 24-year old's latest full-length and first for Fool House, the label imprint of French fashion/mp3 blog Fluokids, borrows the machine muscle of harsh Teutonic techno and leavens it with just a bit of the joviality and melody of French touch.)
Hades
bleep.com/release/49337-mondkopf-hades
www.junodownload.com/plus/2014/02/05/stream-the-new-mondkopf-lp-in-full/
( ;D --> Parisian Paul Régimbeau aka Monkopf returns with another atmospheric LP on his In Paradisum imprint. Hades continues his transition from relatively floor-friendly tech to a much darker, doom-inspired sound. Much of the music here is built around slow, sludgy black-metal riffs and embellished with gothic-inspired touches like organ, choir and trumpet. ‘Here Come The Whispers’ even offers a moment of outright beauty halfway through, when bleak chants fade into melodic strings. For those who fancy bloody, booming Blackest Ever Black-style tracks, there’s bruiser ‘Eternal Dust’, and the club ready one-two of ‘Cause & Cure’ and ‘Immolate’.)

Spurning sterile accuracy and clinically happy tunes for sounds that bring back some of the dirt and darkness that has been swept away of late, these are tracks happy to inhabit the dark corridors of the mind through to large expanses of concrete space waiting to be filled.
